Description

The Bralo BM-500 riveting tool is capable of setting a wide variety of blind rivets of different diameters at high speed. It is a powerful, ergonomic tool, with an efficient setting system, designed to meet the needs of the most demanding of applications. It is ideally used in assembly lines and in the setting of applications using large numbers of rivets.

The main body is manufactured in a high density aluminium casting.
The oleopneumatic cylinders are made of high quality steel, providing the tool with a greater resistance.
Powerful and fast.
Riveting capacity up to 4.8 / 5.0 mm and 4.8 mm. Structural rivets.
Bralo BM-500 CL is a long stroke tool designed to fasten also Trebol and S-Trebol rivets.
Bralo BM-500 SA is a riveting tool without an air intake system, but nontheless capable of setting a wide variety of rivets with different diameters of up to 4.8 / 5.0 mm, with a contained price.
Ergonomic handles that facilitate the riveting process.
Fixed, highly resistant rubber base.
Pistons covered with an anti-wearing material ensuring a smooth gliding.
High sensitivity in the trigger.
It is provided with a mandrel collector that is easy to dismantle, which contributes to the cleanliness and safety of the working area.
The multi-position air output deflector prevents the particles from being projected to the worker.
Balanced centre of gravity.
Provided with a hanging ring.
The compressed air used for the riveting process is recycled for the machine recovery. It is an economical and environmentally friendly solution that facilitates and accelerates the riveting process.
