Description

Our Multigrip rivet is synonymous with versatility. It is a fastener element made of an aluminium alloy that allows working with a great variety of grip ranges. Most blind rivets have a 2 mm grip range. This Multigrip rivet has a multiple range higher than 7 mm.

Just with three sizes, Bralo Multigrip Rivet covers a gripe range of 1 to 20 mm. Consequently, a single rivet can be used to replace several standard rivets, reducing thus the rivets inventory.

Due to its fastening feature of wide expansion on the blind side, the load and torque forces are well distributed. It is, therefore, especially suitable for working with plastics and thin metal sheets and it is often used for repairing.

Bralo Multigrip Rivet ensures a homogeneous fastening, a firm and high quality joint that is resistant to all kinds of vibrations. Furthermore, when properly fastened, it provides a tight seal against weather conditions.

Heads:     Dome and Countersunk heads.

	Dome Head It is the most versatile type of head. It provides enough bearing surface to retain all kinds of materials, except those extremely smooth and brittle.
	Countersunk Head This type of head allows the riveting of a bigger thickness and it is designed to obtain a flat surface, free of projections.
	Large Head It provides double the bearing area compared to the dome head one and offers a great resistance. They are designed for applications where a soft or brittle material must be assembled to a rigid support material

Bralo Multigrip rivets are available in an infinity of lacquering with liquid epoxy painting. From black to white, we have a range of over 50 RAL colours and we can make special lacquering under request.

For a maximum corrosion resistance and durability of our steel rivet, we can apply different protective coatings, including organic coatings like Delta-Seal or anodising. The latter protects aluminium from abrasion and corrosion and allows it to be tinted in a wide variety of colours.
