Especially designed with a big bearing area on the rear in the shape of a flower with four petals that guarantees maximum resistance to extraction. The Bralo Trebol Insert Nut is ideal for applications on plastics or low resistance materials.

DescripTION

It is a mechanical fastening element providing a grooving feature in those applications with a single-side access, that require a very high resistance to rotation. It is ideal for applications with thin, fragile or irregular metal sheets, with plastic and in general with all those materials with a low resistance to pressure.

The Bralo Trebol Insert Nut provides a especially big bearing area that reduces the risk of crushing or breaking of the material. Once it has been placed, the body of the insert nut on the blind side is divided into four double parts that come into contact with the material to be fastened, sharing this way the load on a bigger surface. The result is a highly safe and resistant threatingsolution.

To avoid the effects of external agents, this Trebol Large Head Insert Nut is available in a galvanic zincating. This zinc coating protects steel from rust and corrosion, improving the visual aspect of the item at the same time. Depending on the required strength in each application, there are various available zincating options: the galvanic one, where the zinc is the only metal that forms the suffering layer and the nickel zincating, with a resistance twice as high as that of the normal zincating, making it suitable for automotive and weather resistant applications. The latter is also available in a transparent, shiny look that can be silver or black.
