On October 21st, 1995 the Bralo Group opening ceremony of its headquarters took place in Pinto, Madrid.

It was in 1998 when an ambitious plan of investments that would double the production capacity got in motion. In addition to this, in 2005 the foundations of a new logistic system to meet the company’s strong growth rate were laid out. A new big electronic warehouse with the most advanced labelling technology was built. The Pinto factory became one of the world’s most modern fastening solutions factory and a model for productivity and logistic efficiency.

Today the Pinto factory has 16,000 square metres and employs more than 170 people. The production capacity has been constantly increasing throughout the years up to today’s 3,600 million pieces per year, 75 % of which are exported.

The range of products comprises more than 2,500 different products:

• Rivets from 2,4 to 9,7mm of diammeter and up to 200mm of length in aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper and bronze.
• Insert Nuts from M-3 to M-12 in aluminium, steel and stainless steel.
• Finishings: anodized, lacquered, zinc, Delta Seal and Zinc - nickel.

The factory in Pinto is certified by the ISO norm 9001:2008, that ensures the quality of both the manufacturing process and the final product. In addition to this, it also has the ISO certificate TS 16949:2009, which is a reference for the big automotive groups.
